Excavator Repairs & Overhauls
We do offer a full repair service for loading
shovels and excavator buckets consisting of
fitting new floor plate liners to bottom of
buckets, side liners to buckets, fit new cutting
edges, teeth adaptors / shanks and carry
out weld repairs to various cracks. We also
manufacture new pins and bosses for loading
shovels and excavator buckets and offer a
full line boring service, with this system we do
automatically re weld and re bore the bosses
to the original size and fit OEM bushes.

These include full undercarriage overhauls, track shoe removal and replacement, track chain repairs, roller and idler reconditioning, track adjuster repairs, sprocket rerimming, on-site inspections, wear blade measurements, and bucket repair inspections. Their expert team ensures quick scheduling and minimal downtime, keeping mining equipment running efficiently.
